Snowball Blossom Museum in Kunshan is inspired by the Qionghua flower, one of the city's three signature natural symbols, whose structure of outward radiating petals and inward-converging core informs the project's spatial logic. Located in the historic center at the intersection of Qianjin Road and Zhongshan Road, the project integrates cultural exhibition and commercial functions into a unified urban space. The design translates this morphology into a composition of permeable street edges and a central museum core, organized through interlocking circular and free-form geometries. A continuous network of walkways, semi-outdoor spaces, and sunken courtyards creates a fluid spatial experience, while a lightweight cantilevered roof evokes unfolding petals and an accessible green roof extends the architecture into the public realm.
